I was selling and buying a home at the same time and both ends had problems. The home I was buying was in a different state. Dawn was my agent for the home I sold. My agent for the purchase was often not available so Dawn pitched in and covered both ends since it was the same real estate company. I made many requests of Dawn and not one was unfulfilled and most in a manor of minutes. We got well over asking price.

The contract with the first realtor expired after 8 months of wasted time and lowball offers. From day one Dawn hit the ground running. When Dawn listed our property, within days I had an open house with the highest turnout I've ever had and received the one of the highest offers I'd seen since owning property. She keep me updated on the market as she's savvy about staying current on the market pulse. She encouraged me to negotiate for the terms I wanted on every contract and never pushed me to settle. I'm still amazed how she was able to help us sell at the price we did for a Class C/D property. She's the real McCoy. We will definitely work with her again to purchase our next property.
